Is any mounting needed?
No. The stand is placed on the counter and used as delivered. The weighted base keeps it upright.

The Orden Countertop Paper Towel Stand is a freestanding kitchen roll holder manufactured by Orden Metal A.Ş. in Turkey. It measures 14.5 × 14.5 × 26 cm and is formed from 4 mm iron wire on a weighted base, spot-welded and finished with black electrostatic powder coating. The base keeps the stand upright when a sheet is pulled, and the post accepts both standard and large rolls. No mounting is needed: it stands on the counter, a table or a shelf. The unit ships as the product only, with a barcoded hang tag. Packed 255 units per K1 carton (80 × 52 × 54 cm); a 13.6 m truck holds 390 K1 cartons. Covered by a 2-year rust warranty.
